In the 50 years I have been buying cars this was, by far, the best experience I have ever had. The focus this dealership puts on working with the client to ensure you are getting the right car at a good price is incredible. This starts with George Hill, the General Manager, and is then reflected in the Sales person I worked with , Martin Menzies, knowledgeable and delighted to answer any questions you have, and Pete Jolly from Service. 4 hours before I picked up my car I emailed Erinwood to say I wanted to add a set of snow tires they had on offer. As it was December 17th and everyone wanted to change over their tires I fully expected I would need to make a return visit to get this done, but no, I got a return reply confirming that the tires would be on the car when I picked it up.
I had visited two other Ford dealers before I arrived at Erinwood Ford and I am extremely happy I took this extra step. If you are in the market for a car I would encourage you to visit Erinwood.

This Dealership was outstanding. I had come into this dealership because they had the exact vehicle I was looking for - a 2024 Ford Maveric. Mark is a phenomenal person, being very open and honest about the process and was able to do a trade-in on my vehicle. This was the most stress-free and comfortable I had ever been while purchasing a vehicle and cannot recommend this dealership enough. From the warm welcomes from reception, to getting the finances done with Carol, I had little to no worries and could happily enjoy my purchase with a smile on my face the whole time!
